LOST CHROMEBOOK Information

What to do:

1. Student notifies library staff on lost or stolen device

2. Library staff gives the Blank Affidavit of Lost Stolen Item form to have a guardian fill it out. It is attached.

3. The form must have the police report case number and name of officer

4. Send it to techhelp@midlandisd.net so we can file the claim

 

This works for both Securranty and self-insurance and will use the form for both.
