Cell phones will be prohibited in the library before school, at lunch, and after school according to HB 1481: Texas has implemented a new law that bans the use of cell phones and other personal communication devices by students during the school day on school property. This law, signed by Governor Greg Abbott, aims to create phone-free learning environments and address concerns about distractions and online safety.
